The research identifies and highlights the most attractive employers from among thousands of companies. It is the most complete and independent survey on the employers’ image with more than 163,000 participants in 31 countries worldwide evaluating a total of 5,900 companies. This is now the fifth consecutive year that the survey has been conducted in Greece, and it evaluated a sample from the 150 largest companies in terms of number of employees. 3,547 people participated in this year’s survey. The survey highlights issues related to the criteria used to choose employers, the reasons for staying in and changing working environments, the industries with the top performance and the value proposition of employers.
The attractiveness of businesses, in a labour market which has changed considerably in thee post-COVID era, is one of the main criteria for both attracting and retaining young talent. According to Randstad’s research, the importance of Employer Branding is primarily reflected in the companies’ abilities to attract and retain talented professionals. This is achieved by their strategic approach to building a strong image of a responsible and reliable employer, adopting practices that ultimately offer added value to their employees. In Greece, businesses will have to adapt to the new reality of the labor market, which, among others, highlights the importance of attractive wages and benefits, the value of long-term job security and the vital importance of employee career development.
The President and CEO of VIANEX Group, Mr. Dimitris P. Giannakopoulos, stated in relations to VIANEX’s award: “At VIANEX, we have not stopped growing and also investing in our people by creating new jobs and offering continuous training and seminars.
