Scope

This Code of Business Conduct sets out the minimum standards which VIANEX-VIAN consider must apply to all their partnerships and transactions.

All the employees and the cooperating Companies of VIANEX-VIAN are required to comply with this Code of Business Conduct and to respect the applicable laws and provided regulations and Codes relative to the Pharmaceutical Industry. They must adopt principles and procedures that are consistent with and are included in this Code of Business Conduct. Compliance with this Code is not an excuse for violating other relevant international and national laws and related internal principles and procedures.

The strictest relative provisions must be applied, whether they are those noted in this Code of Business Conduct or those imposed by international and local laws and regulations.
