Quality System - Quality Policy

The quality and safety of VIANEX’s products and services have been recognised at National, European and Global levels.
VIANEX has been awarded a total of 53 quality certificates.

European Certification

European GMP, GDP, GLP and GDV regulations are enforced in all our factories and distribution centers. The National Organisation for Medicines has awarded EU GMP certificates to all four factories and EU GDP certificates to the Distribution Centers.

ISO Certification

The Group has been certified in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2012 standards. Specifically:

• ISO 9001 for all our factories, the Distribution Center, our Scientific Information (Marketing-Sales) and the Pharmacovigilance System.
• ISO 13485 for all factories, distribution center and all operations.
• ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 for the VIAN Distribution Center and all associated operations.

International Certifications

• Health Organisations in 15 nations (Japan, Brazil, Turkey, Jordan, Libya, Gulf countries, Korea, the Ivory Coast, Taiwan, Tunisia, Iraq, Kuwait, Egypt and Iran) have awarded VIANEX Factories a total of 32 GMP certificates.
• VIANEX has been certified by IQNET (International Certification Network) for all its activities and Factories.
• EFQM Committed to Excellence
  Our Business Excellence System/ TQM has been certified by EFQM - EEDE (European Foundation of Quality Management) and is applied throughout the entire Group.
