Information Security Policy Statement
The protection of information and information systems is of strategic significance for VIANEX in achieving its business objectives. Management, recognizing the vital importance of information assets in business operations, actively supports and promotes all necessary actions to safeguard their continuous and secure operation.
To support this commitment, ΒΙΑΝΕΞ has designed, implemented, and maintains an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the international standard ISO/IEC 27001.
VIANEX Information Security Policy aims to:
- Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) of all processed information assets.
- Protect the rights of data subjects within the scope of its operations, adhering to applicable legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Prevent and promptly mitigate security incidents that could affect business continuity or information integrity.
- Commit to the continual improvement of the Information Security Management System.
To fulfill these objectives, VIANEX implements appropriate technical and organizational measures and maintains comprehensive policies and procedures governing:
- Roles, responsibilities, and governance structures for Information Security monitoring and oversight.
- Access control mechanisms and technical safeguards for infrastructure and sensitive data.
- Information classification based on business value, sensitivity, and criticality.
- Security safeguards throughout the lifecycle of information (processing, storage, transmission, and disposal).
- Ongoing security awareness and training programs for all employees and authorized third parties.
- Robust incident response and vulnerability management workflows.
- Business continuity and disaster recovery frameworks to ensure resilience against system disruptions or physical incidents.
VIANEX systematically conducts Information Security Risk Assessments, establishing targeted risk treatment plans and corrective actions. The effectiveness of the ISMS is continuously evaluated through predefined security metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), internal audits, and regular management reviews.
The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) has been assigned overall responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of the ISMS, as well as for initiating proactive measures to prevent security compromises.
All VIANEX personnel, contractors, and external partners with access to corporate information and processing facilities are required to adhere strictly to the established Information Security Policies and controls.
